Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce the awarding of professor Paul Svasta the David Feldman Outstanding Contribution Award for strongly promoting and implementing Electronic Packaging and IEEE EPS activities in Europe, Region 8, for establishing a functional networking bridge from Academia to Industry.

Professor Svasta has been a very active member of the IEEE community in Romania, currently holding the Chapter Coordinator position.
